I watched the final hair review you posted…Excellent.  One important question before I purchase.  Did you have any problems with tangling at the nape of the neck?  Since that’s the hottest spot on our body the hair encounters…Besos from Spain xxx

I didn’t pay custom charges…well the called it something else..holding fee or something can’t remember but it was just unbder £25 i think
